The iron ruined one of my nice dress shirts, and the cleaning staff woke me up 2 hours before my check out totally unnecessarily, yelling in the hallway and knocking on my door. Let me sleep in until I need to check outā€”Iā€™m on vacation! There was also paint damage in the room and chips in the bathtub.

For the price itā€™s a good place to stay. Some of the hotel smelled like weed coming from rooms, but the stay was nice and the restaurants in the area are great.

The staff was rude, they gave me a room I didnā€™t choose online and they were talking quietly about it and never acknowledged us or try to explain or apologize. Then they gave the wrong room number in the wrong floor and I had to walk back all the way to the lobby which was very far. Also they have a $25 hidden fee.

Needs a little updating but very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area with bar was amazing. Good location to everything. Very happy with stay. Parking fee was not advised but I didnā€™t have car so not a huge deal.

A Little Taste of Heaven!
We love this place so much we came back for a second year in a row for a paintball tournament in the Kissimmee area. It's luxury living at affordable pricing. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. The stay included a $25 credit for any of the food establishments on site which include The Pointe breakfast buffet, Marketplace "grab-n-go" cafe and two bars near the pool. There is also poolside service so we didn't have to leave our lounge chairs to get drinks or eats. The layout and landscaping create peaceful vignettes to roam or sit and visit. A complete workout room includes an outdoor yoga space and mats to guide a DIY routine which we took advantage of a couple mornings to start the day. We will definitely book here again for our next Florida vacay.
