The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and is ready for you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The dining area is adjacent and features a dining table with seating for 10 guests. Additionally, there is a breakfast island seating for 3. Across the room, you will find the living room with luxurious and comfortable furniture.

Off of the living room, you can step outside through the sliding glass doors to enjoy your private screened-in pool to indulge in the Sunshine State weather. Soak up the sun in one of the 6 sun loungers, or dine el fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6. • Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
