Lovely Home.
The only thing I would suggest is new shower heads and new mattresses. Maybe some extra toilet paper. The house was clean. Nice neighborhood. Thank you for having us.

Quiet and close to everything!

We had a disappointing experience with the house. It wasn't clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen appliances, which was frustrating for us. Additionally, we were under the impression that the grill was included, but upon arrival, we found out that we had to pay $110 to rent it if we wanted to use it.

Nice place to stay while going to Universal and/or Disney. Overall a decent experience. On our arrival we found the refrigerator not working properly. The property manager was quick to replace the fridge and to keep our groceries from spoiling. Only real complaint, we felt there was a bit of false advertising. The listing states the house comes with a spa/hot tub. However, if you want the tub to actually be hot, you need to pay an extra $30+ per day. The house seemed mostly clean and we would consider staying again in the future.

An Amazing Off-Property Experience!
We’ve been to the Disney parks a lot over the past 2 years, yet this was our first time staying off-property. We LOVED it! Our kids practically lived in the pool and jumped in there every chance they got. While the decor is a bit dated, it had everything we needed (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel/toilet paper rolls). There was far more space than our family even needed. This place could easily sleep 8+ people. Despite being surrounded by lots of other homes, the location was quiet and felt private, I think largely due to the fact that it’s a gated community. Thank you to our host!

Amazing Home - Perfect Community - Not a quick trip to Disney
This house is very comfortable and very clean. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we got a lot of rest here. Three draw backs… It is close to Disney on the map but the traffic is terrible. It’s a 30min drive anywhere and you will sit in traffic as soon as you pull out. This side of Disney is just harder to navigate compared to the Sea World side. The hot tub … is not hot. It’s barely warm. Bring extra toilet paper and coffee filters (there aren’t any) cause you will go through it fast. The neighbors are a blast and super friendly. The club house was really nice. It felt very safe. This is a good place for a trip that you aren’t going to hit the parks daily.

Perfect for a Budget
If you’re looking for a close stay to Disney Workd this is your spot. Value was excellent. Older home with older amenities but extremely clean. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but an overall great experience. Would for sure stay here again.

We stayed just this past week at the property...the fridge had apparently been turned completely off and was not plugged in until the day we got there so we assumed that the fridge was not working properly, all of our food had to sit in a halfway warm fridge until the temperature down. the pool and hot tub was to be warm, it was way too cold and we had to constantly turn on the hot tub to keep it warm and to keep the pool just barely from being too cold, this was not worth the extra cost. When I said something about the fridge and the hot tub, I was asked if I wanted to check out, not what can we do to fix the issue or let me explain this or that to you; it was a rude and unprofessional response. The toilet paper was so thin your finger would go through it, same with the papertowels we used there until we bought our own. The pans for baking under the stove were disgusting and had to be recleaned. They asked us to put the dirty towels and bed linens in the garage at the washer and "if we had time" to wash them, I'm sorry but you want me to pay all this money and wash the bed linens too when we need to be out by 10? Then on top of that we were asked to not put any trash in the trash can unbagged, but yet when we got there there was trash in the can, unbagged, as well as our trash was not picked up on some days when it was to be daily. Also, IF the comforter needed to be washed do so, it should be after every client that stays in the house, NASTY that it would not be.

It was a very bad experience… everything in the house it is old and not updated .. tv on master room no internet . In our stay we spend a day since tv at all no one work, only 5 towels in the whole house, no soap , no laundry soap. I ask for the heat for the pool and never work they try to charge me and I send two messages .. we couldn’t use the pool in the whole stay only the second day and my whole family got sick .. the house has a lot of dust , also the heat in the house didn’t work … I didn’t enjoy my stay at all .. I think the house it is overprice for the old fashion house the price and the descripción are wrong
