The only good thing about this property was location. For the last two nights our shower would not turn on, we had them come multiple times to tell fix it. Each time they would say it was fixed, and it wasn’t. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they just pulled the top sheet up and left the rest crumpled on the bottom of the bed. The shuttle was okay, except for our first day. The first day we had a pick up time given by the hotel for 6:30 from Sea World and the shuttle didn’t pick us up until 7:30.

The good: Very close to Seaworld parks walking distance to Aquatica hotel offer shuttle services to parks( must reserve) tickets sales ( limited hours) staff was polite. Manager is very good on addressing concerns The not so good: Ice machines are hit and miss need attention didn't work on floor 3 Breakfast is short hours and not very good standard complimentary no lobby coffee is offered around clock Breakfast closes promptly at 9am closes so eat early note long breakfast lines Other useful data Parking fee: 15 daily unless you're premier bonvoy member perks Walking distance to star bucks/panera Redline trolley is accessible frequent Swimming pool shared by sister hotel Overall value is better then most hotel on I drive

Good place to stay
Since our arriving to the hotel, everything was perfect. Valeria in the front desk welcome. She was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was perfect and the room has a lot of space, clean and very comfortable. Also the location is perfect. Lot of places to eat, to visit and walk-in distance form sea world. I recommend this hotel.

Pretty decent hotel except for a few things that other people may not even care about. The only things I didn't like were that there's not a door for the bathroom area and no vent for the toilet area. Also the blinds for my room sucked and hardly blocked the light and the ac was weak and sucked too. Expired elevator inspection cert too so thats not cool and they cannot bring water bottles to your room for some reason. With all that said I still dont think its a bad hotel really but I would stay somewhere else next time.

So we stayed in 314 two issues the room had a damp smell the rug smelled and it’s noticeable when you walk in and the bathroom sink was stopped up I told front desk about smell but because our schedule was hectic we were unable to change rooms , bed was comfortable. But they need to get rid of the rugs asap . Parking was available and plenary places to eat This is my third time staying and we never had a issue
