We stayed with children. The hotel seemed decent but the rooms need a refresh. Cruddy dirty floors and just unclean overall. I think this is because unless you stay a week, they don’t clean the room and folks are just nasty dirty people these days and leave everything gross. Staff was nice and we watched them put up with a lot of nasty trashy people yelling at them and treating them poorly.

Impressed that the hotel is well maintained despite it being in a high traffic area as close as it is to the Seaworld parks. We found it to be quiet and spacious and clean. Don’t pay for parking the neighboring amusement parks, they offer shuttles.

Review of our stay.
Orlando was excellent but the room wasn’t clean. We are prone to allergies, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly due to finding strands of hair from other stays. Then when we turned on the AC, it blew dust everywhere. The AC Was filthy (see attached photos). I told the host in front and she replied “ok”. Last, there was a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed here on the website. We weren’t satisfied with the stay and will not stay at this location once again.

Not a great family resort, poor amenities for kids, pool is dirty and not heated around 71F. Ripped sections of carpet in our family suite. Daily room cleaning was intermittent. Beware the hidden parking fees $15/day extra. We stayed for 5 days. Will not be back. This hotel does NOT represent Marriott expectations.
