Needs a bit of update

The hotel is nice but they need to update their AC units. They had to switch our first room because the AC unit had a loud high pitch noise coming out of it. The room we got moved to had an AC unit that rattled loudly whenever it was on. Otherwise the hotel itself is nice and staff was nice.

Great service, but room needed freshener.

My room had a mildew smell. I took a wash cloth and put the very nice lemon soap on it. Placed it on the ac unit and it freshened it up a bit. The TV remote didn’t work and the front desk replaced it right away, which was nice. Great service all around!

Room was horrible, first room had a busted television screen. So we changed rooms, bathroom was out dated and wasn’t that clean. Then we were locked out our room and the receptionist had an attitude because we came to the 6th floor twice and the door still wouldn’t open. Finally, security came as we were going down for the 3rd time. I’ll never stay here again.
