Huvilamme sijaitsee Floridassa aivan valtatie 27: n päässä Interstate 4: n toisessa päässä - idästä länsirannikolle - jolloin pääsee Persianlahden rannikolle, Daytona Beachille, Cape Canaveralille ja Cocoa Beachille. Toisessa päässä 27 on 192, joka vie Kissimmee / Orlando alueille, 15 minuutin päässä Disney nähtävyyksistä ja muutaman minuutin kauempana löydät Sea World, Universal Studios ja International Drive kuuluisan 'Belz' Center. Orlando International Airport on 30 minuutin päässä meistä ja myös tunnin tai vähemmän ovat Sanfordin ja Tampan lentokentät.

Et löydä yksityisempiä olosuhteita Calabay Parcista kuin tämä talo. Parasta on lapsiperheille. Talon vieressä on iso, rauhallinen, turvallinen ja oma leikkipaikka. Talo pidetään moitteettomassa kunnossa. Calabay Parc sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla US27: llä noin viisi minuuttia pohjoiseen Interstate 4: stä ja viisi minuuttia etelään US192: sta. Kaupat ja supermarketit ovat alle 10 minuutin päässä. Olemme viidentoista minuutin päässä Disneystä, kaksikymmentäviisi minuutin päässä Universal Studiosta ja kolmekymmentäviisi minuutin päässä Orlandon kansainväliseltä lentokentältä.

On olemassa monia ravintoloita, supermarketteja ja pienempiä ruokakauppoja sekä vain muutaman minuutin päässä sijaitseva apteekki, mukaan lukien Berry Town Center ja Ridge-View Plaza.

Tyttöjen huoneessa on myös liukastettava patja yhden sängyn alla, jolloin 3 ihmistä voi nukkua tässä huoneessa. Kolmas täysi kylpyhuone (kylpyammeella) sijaitsee käytävällä lasten makuuhuoneiden välissä.

Olohuone ja erilliset den-huoneet on varustettu taulutelevisioilla, DVD-levyillä, ja niissä on kaikki lepotuoliset nahkasohvat ja tuolit.

Great Stay
We stayed here to watch our daughter play College Softball. The house was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. If it all works out we will stay there again next year. That area is very nice as well. Close to everything.

Perfect for two weeks in Orlando with family of five
We were nervous about using a VRBO for the first time, but our minds were put at ease as the owner was easily accessible (even called me back to better answer my email questions before our trip).We wanted the kids (23, 25, and 26) to all have separate bedrooms, so we picked on number of bedrooms first, and then read the other reviews.Home matched the other reviews - clean, lots of amenities (most we did not need; crib, games room, pool), and good layout of the home.The best thing was a very quiet end of the street - only people walking their dogs to the natural area next to the home. We stayed 11 nights and were able to easily drive to Disney, Universal, LEGOLAND, Gator Land, Outlet Shopping, and Daytona Raceway/Beach. Great location.Publix (grocery store) close and very handy (stopped on way to VRBO to stock up). Some restaurants / fast food places close (Chipotle and Giovanni's were good choices).Bottom Line: Yes, I would stay there again. And yes, I would recommend the home to family and friends.Thank you for sharing your home.

Fantastic home away from home!

This house is an amazing place!!! This was my first time renting a house in Florida and i was a little worried. I can tell you that i was 100% happy with our choice! Not only was the house fantastic but the owner was as well she was always available and even accommodated my hisband and I when we arrived early!! Thank you Waleska for sharing your wonder house with me and my family and making sure our vacation was perfect with making sure everything was as per my request. The pool was perfect my grandkids enjoyed it day and night, the neighborhood is quiet and safe!! We will be back and i will recommend this place to everyone i know wanting to stay in Florida!!

Nice and quiet!
The property was very quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly and check in was a breeze. The king beds in each of the suites are “split” in the middle and each has there own remote so you can raise your head or feet if wanted. Each suite has their own step in shower and one also has a large tub. The showers have a “fixed” shower head and a hand held shower head which was nice. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and inviting. If you are going to any of the Disney parks and are trying to get into the virtual queue at 7 AM make sure you use the Wi-Fi that has the word 5G in it that is provided by the host. It’s the fastest of the two options. We would stay here again.

Great stay
We had a fantastic two-week stay and would highly recommend the villa. It was spotlessly clean and well kitted out with everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The location is quiet and peaceful which was great after a busy day at the theme parks. Great access to the I4 and a good Publix very nearby. The villa was exactly as described and communication with the owners was quick and easy. We would love to stay again. Thank you!

Decent Vacation Property
We had a great vacation, but unfortunately, the house didn't meet expectations. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, which I think I was anticipating based on the very high ratings. I wouldn't discourage people from renting here, but it felt a little dated, with older towels, squeaky beds, and older amenities. Also, plan on at least 30 - 40 minutes to get to any theme park. Finally, it wasn't the owners fault, but we were unable to enjoy the pool due to an ant infestation. To be fair, they tried to fix the issue, but no luck. Fortunately, we didn't have to pay for the pool heat, however, no compensation was offered for the unusable pool, which the kids were really looking forward to. Again, it wasn't terrible, it was fine, but it didn't feel like home, rather more like a factory rental to get as many people in and out as possible.

Perfect getaway!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The home has a warm feeling to it and was so comfortable for all of us. The layout was perfect for us. Beds were extremely comfortable. My kids enjoyed the heated pool probably more than the whole trip lol I really didn't think we would utilize it very much. The garage with all the games was super fun. My oldest who is 9 got to learn how to play pool. Perfect location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was super clean. No bugs lol the owners were very fast at responding to anything I had to ask or say I even called to see if I could check in a day sooner and they were able to accommodate that. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Clean, Well-stocked, and conveniently located for the price
We had a lovely stay at this place. The property was clean and as-described. My 3 year old fell in love with her princess room and did not want to leave. The kid rooms are just adorable. The rest of the property was very nice as well with big rooms and comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and linen closets. The location—although a bit of a drive from the Disney parks—was conveniently located near the highway, and we did not mind the 15/20 minutes drive at all. The property owner was kind enough to call to make sure that the check-in instructions were properly received. All this for a very reasonable price. We had a great stay and would stay here again when we are in the area.

This beautiful villa is perfectly situated in a quiet cul de sac, close to amenities with easy access to all the Disney Parks. The rooms were spacious and had everything needed for the perfect stay. Thank you!

I have read many things on reviews about all properties on Vrbo and planned ahead by bringing extra supplies BUT I will say this home had almost everything! - the home was clean and simple -which for us was great as we have 5 kids! - The rooms all had comfortable beds/blankets/pillows and if you needed extra we saw some -we did bring our own as we drove. - they even had night lights which was a plus. - all bathroom closets have towels and more than the amount of people staying which was nice! - kitchen had all the utensils and cooking stuff you would need. -they leave you dishwasher tabs (more than needed), new sponge, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and laundry soap! We did bring our own but once again I didn’t need to as they gave more than enough. - the kids loved the pool- it had pool lights which was nice as we let them go in after the parks for a little! -the house had two king beds with bathrooms and the other two rooms had two twin beds. -they had a vacuum which I loved as I hate a dirty home and I have kids! We did not use the garage or games so we can’t speak to those it was too hot to even go in the garage and well there is a pool! The only thing that I could say we would have liked was ice. the freezer does not make any which is not a big deal as we just froze water bottles for the cooler. Overall we enjoyed your beautiful home and would love to come back. Thanks for everything.

The property was in excellent condition. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool was wonderful and the location was close to the parks. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and addressed any concerns or questions immediately. Really lovely people. This was our second stay at this home and we would stay again!

Loved this place! Kids rooms were so cute. Pool was perfect. Awesome master bathroom. Everything so handy and comfortable. Didnt want to leave! & Not too far from Disney!

Amazing property!
This house was exactly as posted! House was spotless and a great location! It is only 15 miles from the parks so close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away to be out of the crowds. All of the stores were very close to the house as well. The owners were very fast with responses and wonderful to work with! I had a question if something was available in the house and got a call back within 5 minutes to confirm. I would highly recommend staying here!!

This house was perfect for a trip. We had extended family staying together. Family got their own bed and bathroom. The house had everything we needed and the listing was spot on. The host was very responsive to all questions and even filled a last-minute request for us. I highly recommend this property for your Disney Orlando vacation.
