We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as it was described and had everything we needed for our big family get together. We loved the access to the clubhouse. Easy check in, great location and excellent communication with the property manager. Would definitely recommend!

Nice for families!!
This is a great place for families of all ages. Our teens LOVED the arcade and the movie room. All beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens, kitchen ware, utensils. The trash pickup was convenient. The house was squeaky clean when we arrived. The pool was nice to have. However, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HAVING THE POOL “HEATED.” “heated.”

Such a great place!

Great spot
House was perfect for our two families with kids. Pool and hot tub got a lot of use! House was spacious and in pretty good shape. Was everything as perfect as it looked in the pictures? No. But really no complaints from our families - we would consider it well maintained. I would recommend not paying for check in day heat for the pool/hot tub. Only heats from 8-8 so the hot tub and pool were cool on day one but had no problem the remainder of the days getting up to 87 in the pool and over 100 in the hot tub (weather was mid to high 70’s during the day and 50’s at night). As mentioned in previous comments, the QR code scan to get the community gates open was very annoying. Constantly cars in line trying to get the code to scan. Sometimes it worked sometimes it did not. People would often pull over to the side in hopes that someone else could get the gates open. Community pool was great and was just a quick drive over - I would say it felt as advertised. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Our kids (ranging 6-12 years old) loved the game room! Would highly recommend this rental for a lot of reasons.

Work and Play
The house was exactly what we needed. It was close for both our work commimments and also for our Disney time when work was over.The house exceeded our expectations it was clean, roomy but most of all FUN to stay in. There was something for everybody. from the "Frozen" theamed bedroom through to the Games room and Pool with Hot tub!

Enjoyed the stay!
Wonderful time at property. Kids definitely enjoyed the rooms. Plenty of space for everybody. Communication was good with the owner. There was minimal damages to some things, but did not get in our way. Would stay again. Wish the pool could have gotten warmer during the stay.

great facility except for the pool and hot tub
the facility was great however the pool and hottub were underwelming. It was cold and I was told it would not heat but it warmed through the week and we got to use it after we had been there 3 days, worked great although the jets were minimal. Next day the jets did not work at all --they did come and fix that but then there was no heat. Although everything else was great we probably won't use this property again as the pool was a big draw.

Great property, but no hot water for a party of 15
The house was great, and I would have given it a 5-star rating, but there was a significant issue during the 11 days we stayed, especially since it was very cold: the hot water wasn't enough for us to take a shower after returning from the parks.It was a serious issue; we had to wait 20 minutes between each shower, and with 15 people (the property is for 19), it was truly inconvenient.Another significant issue, which isn’t the property’s fault but rather the neighborhood’s, was the QR code scanner for the gate that allows cars to enter. Every day, there were 4 or 5 cars waiting, trying dozens of times to get the reader to work. I can't understand how the neighborhood administration couldn't fix it in 11 days!

Large Family Must Stay
We had 12 adults and 5 children stay at this amazing property. The game room, theater and pool kept our littles occupied and happy! There was plenty of comfortable space for the adults with plenty of bathrooms! The manager was available and answered all questions and concerns promptly.We would definitely come back to this delightfully themed home!

Picture vs Reality is different..this is old beat up house. Shower Handle were loose, rug felt very old. It was like pictures of property from Marriot/Hyatt but it was Super 8/ Baymount Inn Motel. Water heater had issues. Seems like owner is just keep milking this property but don’t want to update it. Everything worked but again what was shown vs what was there was a surprise for us.

Great Stay!
Everything was exactly as advertised. Communication with management company was easy and prompt. The kids didn't want to go to another day of the parks because they were having so much fun at the house! I have stayed at similar properties in similar communities near Orlando--cheap construction made almost exclusively for short-term renters-- and this one was well-stocked, well-managed and well-maintained. Would recommend!

The property was very nice and clean. The location was great. The finishings in the house were beautiful, the game room was awesome, and we love the patio area also. It was nice also having the theater room. The only complaint that I have would be the water pressure, the pressure was so low we could only shower one at a time and that presents a problem and a house that big with so many guest. I would stay at this property again if the pressure is better.

The house in the outside looks terrible! Definitely disappointed. Looked completely unfinished. Dishwasher broke. Pool heat was broke. Water took forever to get warm. Neighborhood took forever to get in. Very crowded. Gates all broke. Very disappointed
