Villa is a luxurious two-story townhome that offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room on the first floor that is ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests. The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and equipped with a large TV that guarantees an immersive entertainment experience.

The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with all the cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a beginner, you'll have everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. The kitchen also has ample counter space and storage cabinets, making it a joy to use.

Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms that offer a serene and private retreat. The master bedroom is a highlight of the house, featuring a jetted tub where you can unwind after a long day. The queen bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The guest bedroom is equally comfortable, with two twin beds and a full-size bathroom.

Outside, the villa features a patio where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a meal alfresco. The patio is furnished with two very comfy cushion chairs that provide the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the private grill on the patio allows you to cook up your favorite grilled meals while enjoying the fresh air.

Overall, my villa is an excellent retreat that offers a luxurious and comfortable experience for all guests.

I’m giving this villa 4 stars because the house itself was very clean and for the price it was an easy choice and one that we don’t regret. I’m docking a star because out of our 5 night stay 4 of the nights we couldn’t get back into the villa because our keycards would deactivate and not work which was really frustrating. It was also frustrating that we didn’t have a car so our Ubers could not go past the gate because our keycards wouldn’t work and it’s a decent walk to the very back of the resort where the villa is located. We were here for a conference and it was hard walking all day and being exhausted to have to also walk back to the villa at night when the sun was down so it just felt a little unsafe. The WiFi also did not work well so we had to use our hotspots the whole time. Overall. I would stay here again but would definitely make changes to how we stayed.

worked perfect for our stay - cleaning crew needs some lessons in getting edges and corners in bathrooms - mopping only in center leaves dirt! had pretty much everything needed for dinners if cooking own food. bring or buy anything else - no salt / pepper but lots of old seasonings. kitchen was clean as were all dishes. recommended property

Check in was easy. The place was as pictured. It had most everything that was needed in the kitchen. The water pressure in the shower/bathtub was low. The beds would be very comfortable to people below 225 pounds. They felt like we were sleeping on a mattress filled with jello jigglers... lol The owner was prompt in answering when needed.

Great place to stay. Very clean and nice. Only problem was parking the first night. There were a lot of cars, I assume visiting others who live there and there is no assigned parking. This was not a big deal to me but could be an issue with less understanding occupants. The property manager said to find a spot and do not worry about being towed. Good place to stay, I recommend it!

long stay worked well
We stayed here for 2 weeks. Attended the trade show 1 week and vacation the other. Place was quiet in comparison to other places in the area. Getting in and out of the facility was good. The home was clean but worn a bit and could use updating. The bed in the master was soft and moved excessively when someone turned or got in or out of the bed. There was no washer and dryer which is a big inconvenience for a long stay. All in all very adequate and worked out fine for my stay.

Stay was good. Only a few mishaps while we were there. The plumbing is not the best but management came right away. Also had a mis hap withe one of the windows but management can and took care of it. In all the stay was good for the money.

Great location for SeaWorld parks, convention center, and universal parks. Quiet area. Kitchen has everything you need for making meals. The 2.5 bathrooms are very convenient when you have a number of people.

Decent 2 bedroom villa near Sea World and OCCC
Easy to get in and out of property with several hotels also located inside gate. Felt safe the whole time. Bar and restaurant is underrated at the business office. Couldn't believe it was empty for the price and quality of the food. Pool area did the job, but is 3 buildings away back towards the business office. Lots of personnel running around to make the place run. Note there is no washer and dryer inside the villa. Beds are on the bouncy side and would probably be less preferred to pickier sleepers than I. Perfect for anything going on at the orange county convention center. Thank you Chris.

OCCC Perfect Location
Townhouse (villa) was the perfect location for going back and forth to the OCCC. It has plenty of space. For us, it was quiet, tucked back in the last building on the property. I liked having the secure gated community. The unit needs some updating (carpet, master bathroom arrangement, dishwasher, refrigerator) but was perfect for our needs. Would rent again.

Overall, it's a great place and value. The location is perfect for Sea World, Disney Springs and the OCCC. Very quiet and the grounds are nice. The condo is in good condition, with just some minor improvements that could be made but it served us well and we enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed the stay however the shower in the 2nd bedroom had no pressure. No one else was using the water and it just didn't work properly. We got the "pizza & drinks" special. Even thought we checked in late they only validated the drinks for that night. Didn't get to use them. Use to having a washer/dryer when using VRBO. Wouldn't of booked if I realized it didn't have it.

We were comfotable. The place was clean the restaurant had grate food and the pool was a great place for my grand kids. My only complaint was the beds were all too soft. I thought it was just me at first but then the girls started to complain. They should get something with a bit more quality. Other than that one issue we did enjoy ourselves.

Great for what we needed.
Location was fabulous. Pool and hot tub was great as well. The kids loved the heated pool. The condo could use a deep cleaning though. There were bugs in the kitchen and several out back while we were grilling. The master bedroom tub needs some steps or something to assist getting in and out. It’s hard to get in and out because it’s so high. Just a few recommendations. Otherwise it was great for what we needed!!!

Very outdated. Not clean. Upstairs toilet kept clogging. Stain in the tub of the second room with twin bed, dust & dirt behind the beds. Found bugs in master bedroom. Jaut not well maintained. Needs alot a renovations. The blue coach downstairs had a horrible odor & very uncomfortable. Master bathroom very small, the tub & shower is in the room was too high to get into without almoay falling & very slippers no suitable for seniors. Read the reviews that is why I rented. I would not rent again.
