FAMILY GET AWAY , suite was great
Love this hotel ! Very comfortable , convenient and kid friendly. I will sugest a little playground for small kids , and Universal need to do better acomodating big families, the shuttle is convenient but they put to manny people in it that is uncomfortable , stroller should be able to go un without have to get them in folding , With small kids is very challenging. Other than that the beds ar so comfortable , Recomendation to put a recycling bin in each room to be ecofriendly

The staff at the property were extremely helpful. The airline lost our luggage and we were without so many essentials for 6 out of the 8 days of our trip. Not only were they really understanding, they were very empathetic to our situation and notified us right away once our luggage finally arrived! On other notes: location and transport to Universal studios was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool on the property and the shops.
