Perfect location for those going to convention center and Universal!! Not a lot of traffic in this area and there is a publix and food options across the street! We drove to Disneys Polynesian resort to get dole whips which was less than 25 mins. Gary was so easy to work with and we would definitely stay again if we come back to Orlando!

Awesome location! Our kids were playing at the convention center and it was easy to go back to the condo in between games. It was also close to SeaWorld, Universal and Disney. The pool area was fun and had lots of room to hang out. The property manager gave us all the information we needed to make check in and check out easy! The pictures in the listing was exactly the condo we stayed in. The condo was clean and in a great location, walking distance to the pool and near a strip mall with a Publix and small restaurants. The condo is on the 4th floor and an end unit with a small balcony overlooking the parking lot. There is an elevator so getting your stuff to the condo was not an issue. Check In and Check out could not be any easier.

Close to everything!
The apartment is exactly as pictured. We have 3 teenagers and everyone was happy with their rooms and beds. Beds are super comfortable. Nice terrace to sit and have coffee. The pool was fabulous. There was someone on property to purchase theme park tickets. Sea World and Universal are super close. Publix is next door. I can go on and on. It was a wonderful stay. Gary is very responsive to emails. We did not have any problems during our stay. Check in and check out was very easy. We definitely would stay here again. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful home minutes from the parks.
My family had a wonderful stay at Vista Cay. The condo was beautiful and impeccably clean. The pool and clubhouse provided relaxation after days visiting the parks, which were just a 15 min drive away. This place was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect for everything we had planned. We went to SeaWorld, visited family in Kissimee, and visted family in Lakeland. There’s a fun amusement park about 13 minutes away that my kids also loved. And the Walgreens and Publix being close by helped with all of the things that we did not pack. I also chipped my nails and there was a convenient nail salon right there as well. The pool/games were also a highlight for my kids.
