This is an exceptional vacation home in the much sought after Windsor Palms Resort. Come stay at this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home in the 24/7 Gated w/guard Windsor Palms Resort. This incredibly comfortable and well-appointed home features 2 King master suites with en suite baths and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twins in each that share a full bath. This home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large open living room with 55' HDTV, Game Room, (equipped with Table Tennis, Foosball, and Basketball), high speed Wi-Fi internet service, and separate in-house laundry room. All bedrooms feature wall mounted flat-screen televisions and blue-ray/DVD players.

Outside you will enjoy your very own private pool & spa that is the largest private home pool offered in Windsor Palms. The pool area now features a 48" HDTV for viewing from the pool and spa, (added after home pictures were taken). The pool area is very private as it's surrounded by mature shrubs, and with the home being on a corner lot you only have one other home next door. An Outdoor BBQ Gas Grill is also included for relaxing dinners at home around the pool.

For a fun change of pace you can also swim and relax at the Olympic-size pool and Jacuzzi at the Resort Clubhouse that is a very short 100 yard walk away. The Resort Clubhouse also includes tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball court, exercise gym, 40 Person movie theater that is free to guests, Pool Tiki Bar, Arcade, Pool Tables, and a convenient mini-mart should you need any extra last minute drinks, snacks, or sundry items.

Will be staying here again!Our family stayed here for our Disney vacation this year. The house was an excellent location in close proximity to all of the parks. It is a secure and quiet and clean neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were both an added bonus, and we used them every day. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and extras.

We loved the house. It was only a 15 min drive to Disney and 8 mins or so to most stores. We loved the private pool and hot tub. The kids swam everyday and enjoyed the game room.

We love staying in Windsor Palms and have stayed in other homes on this same street before. It’s 12-15 mins to the parks and you can’t beat the location. This house had a few great touches others didn’t- we especially liked the sturdier table and chairs on the pool deck and having the outdoor tv was awesome. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We were visiting Orlando for 9 days and stayed in this amazing home. The house was very clean and in a great location for visiting Disney. The pictures actually represent the house very well. There is so much space in the house. We had 5 in our party and could have easily had 3 more and it would not have felt crowded. The hosts were super responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is AMAZING!
I wish I could give more stars. This home is absolutely amazing. It is exactly as it looks in the photos.....BEAUTIFUL!!!! It is extremely clean (spotless) and spacious. 6 adults were able to comfortably stay here and everyone had plenty of room. Beds are very comfortable, we had plenty of towels and washcloths and they have pretty much every amenity you need. Cable TV in every room, and even in the Lanai. The Location is great and with it being a gated community we felt more than safe. Communication was great and instructions were clear. No hiccups at all. I cannot say enough great things about this home. You cannot go wrong with this rental. Do yourself a favor and book it. We'll be back in 2 years when they open the new park at Universal and I will be looking to come back here!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family for our vacation

This is my 2nd time staying here, and I would deff book it again! Home is super clean and has everything you need for your stay (utensils , cups, plates, etc.). The location is perfect, plenty of stores , close to Disney. The community is very well maintained. The pool and hot tub are awesome to relax in after a day at the parks. Barry is easy to get in contact with if any question's or situation arose.

The house has a great pool area and it gets sun most of the day. The location is good and there is ample space. The house needs a deep clean as baseboards are pretty dirty, especially in the bathrooms. The bathroom towels are dingy and worn and need to be replaced. When we arrived, 3 hours after check in, there was a woman inside still cleaning and we had to stand around and wait for her to finish before we could settle in which was annoying after traveling in from the west coast.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Everything was amazing. We had a positive experience. We enjoyed all the amenities, including pool and heated hot tub. As a borderline OCD person I really appreciated that light switches and remotes were all labeled. As well as an informative email and the notebook/manual about your home. This house was also nice and close to the parks. Easy coming and going. nice neighborhood as well quiet and clean. So to was the house nice and clean in each room and bathroom. Getting back to Disney
We had gone to Disney as a family of 4 back in 2015. We had been trying to get back since, and with this year being our eldest son's senior year, we wanted to get it in the books for 2023. We traveled with another family of 3 who had never been to Disney. The location was perfect for getting to and from the parks - zero issue, and for the busiest time of year, even the traffic at park closing wasn't terrible. The house itself was as advertised - clean, well appointed and close to many things. I should have thought more carefully on the bedding situation...there were three teens all over 6'3" so the bedding for them was not so comfortable. There were 2 rooms with 2 twins each...one was pretty crammed, the second one would easily fit one, if not 2 XL twins instead of regular twins which would be beneficial for hosting families with teens or taller single adult travelers. The pool area was nice and we are glad we paid to have it warmed, though I wish that was included in the price. Aside from hitting the gym one day, we didn't really use any of the other onsite amenities. We played games in the garage the first day, but even with light getting fixed, it was too dark to hang out in there at night which was a bit of a bummer. We had ample space to sit and eat in groups and to play some games. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
