We loved the hotel. It was clean, room was spacious and food was great. My only issue was when we ordered room service and found a small cockroach on the table cloth. We contacted room service and was refunded for the meal.

I recommend that the hotel make a better link with the parks for transportation to and from the parks. The inconvenience is enough to stop me from staying there again. I did love the hotel itself.
