Very nice place to stay but also very expensive, water park was not included and bar drinks were over priced and not good. Restaurant was okay food wasn’t the best but everything there is at an extra cost. Very busy as in Orlando area so tons of people but room was very nice and clean as was hotel.

I am not an owner of the resort and I found there was a disappointing divide of treatment between guests of the resort and owners of the resort. The customer service was not equal and fair. They charges a resort fee yet some of the activities had additional fees!

We live Westgate. Have stayed with them multiple times. The room smelled funny upon entry, the bathtub was dirty and the phone in the room was broken and we had a hard time getting a hold of someone to bring extra blankets and pillows.
