I was called by the property the day before because they were over booked and ask if I was coming, and I said yes. When I arrived, I was told I had to provide a copy of my driver's license, or I could not stay on property. Their copy machine was broken. I showed them my drivers license but they said that would not do. I was given the managers card to call and when I did it rang back in the lobby. I was not able to stay there. They did confirm I made advanced reservations thru expedia but said they had not been paid. Since most of Orlando was booked I had to drive an hour away to get a room in Daytona Beach FL.

Bed was terrible . I left the hotel early because of a bad back . I could ‘t talk to a manger , when I call about the bed . They refused to give me my money . When I give them a reason . For leaving the hotel early.

Good stay, as always
Not my first stay and keep returning because for the price it is a really great value. Great location close to the parks, can completely avoid i4 and ride the back road straight onto Disney property. Courtney was so polite at check in, staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Other reviews that note smoke have to take into consideration they have auto opening front doors so sure, a lingering smoke smell can come in from outside but the room was clean and no odor of smoke WHAT SO EVER. If you just need a quick place to crash w a clean fridge and convenient location, this place is great.

Nice and clean place for a short stay.
Nice and clean place for a short stay.. No smoking is a nice feature. Unfortunately there were always people hanging out in the parking lot. Elevator was out for a day. Annoying. Lost power the morning of the last day we were staying and had to leave. No A/C or lights, unfortunate circumstances.

Overall, you get what you pay for. The room was clean but lots of ants. Beds were not comfortable. The room had an odd smell to it. However it was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

This place is horrible the staff does nothing no one speaks English and no one at the front Desk knows what there doing the whole place smells like marijuana and the staff are just horrible I personally don’t smoke but I smoke occasionally and the office will come out a letter under your door saying your smoking in the room but I’m NOT! It’s every room around me and nothing happens to them this place gives me the creeps never the lesss while I was staying there a crackhead was drunk outside rolling in bushes fully naked and everyone went to the office and the man locked himself in the office left everyone out with the lady and waited 45 mins for the cops to finally show up
