Love the Wyndham Grand, Bonnet Creek!
This was our first time staying at the Wyndham Grand, Bonnet Creek, and we will definitely come back. The hotel is fabulous and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The location is perfect, right in the midst of all Disney parks, and we were able bring our dog, which most Disney properties do not allow. The facilities were great and our room was awesome. The Wyndham Grand will be our go-to resort, at Disney, from here on!

We just love Wyndham Grand and Club Wyndham. Have stayed a couple times and have had the best experiences. The service is exceptional, the pools are awesome, and the resort as a whole is top notch. This is now our "go-to" when staying in Orlando.

When we first got there, our room key didn't work. The bellhop said "yeah, that happens." I had to go back downstairs and get a new key. Later on, my husbands key started not working and he had to do the same thing. On the day we were getting ready to go to Disney, I got locked in the bathroom because the door lock jammed. I know things happen, but aside from sending up the maintenance worker to free me from the bathroom, no one checked on us or apologized. They also asked if we wanted AM or PM cleaning service, but no one ever came to do our room. The property is amazing, I would definitely go back. I think better customer service after you trap someone in a bathroom isn't far-fetched, and if the keys have this issue all the time, do something about it!

It was a nice property, but the poolside restaurant was being worked on so there was limited poolside service. The hotel is adjacent to several Wyndham timeshare properties, which was ok but it was a hike to use the other pools. You could only get towels from the main hotel pool, which was a pain if you used one of the other pools or lazy river because you had to lug them along with all of your pool stuff. The service was poor because there were 2 different occasions where I called the front desk and valet and both phones just rang for several minutes without anyone picking up. I finally had to walk down to the front desk to request bell and valet services. A decent hotel, but it won't be our first choice the next time we travel to the area for a local staycation. Hyatt Grand Cypress is better....with better food choices too.

It’s very close to the disney parks. Clean, tho the pool could be better, jacuzzi was closed for renovation. And for the price, I expected my room to have a microwave the least.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly in our room. In August. In Florida. Despite 2 mechanics attempting to fix it, it did not work. I was surprised that the hotel didn’t offer us a different room. For the price we paid, we would have expected working A/C.

We didn’t like the view off the balcony. It was all mechanical & it made noise, which was bothersome during the night.
