Worth Considering
The Wyndam Lake Buena Vista is a nice hotel, the staff were amazing. The rooms where clean and comfortable. The rooms had plenty of storage and a coffee machine and large TV. My one small complaint would be the size of the bathroom, which was tiny and only had one light behind the mirror, which left it a little dark. The proximity to Disney Springs and the transport to the Disney Parks make it a good choice for families

The Room it’s super small and bathroom dirty and I I guess there were repairing something before we got there and they forgot their tools at the room, also small I guess there were repairing the bathroom before we got there and they forgot their tools!!!! Terrible experience and would never stay here again. The staff is rude, the shuttle is never on time, our floor smelled terrible and the ac in the room made our mouth and throat dry.

We are Disney vacation club members and when we come for a quick trip, we always stay at the Wyndham. The hotel is amazing. Very close to Disney Springs. The staff is very friendly and it’s a beautiful hotel.

We got locked out of our room due to a broken electronic lock. They were moderately helpful in getting the problem resolved because it was at 11:30 at night. The maintenance person was the most helpful, the person at the front desk was less so. In addition they charged $25 per day to park the car and a $36 per day resort fee…….both were ridiculous considering what I had paid for the room.

My stay was booked from Saturday 10/5-10/9 due to Hurricane Milton I asked to extend through the hurricane and the manager said because I booked through 3rd party (Expedia) that was not possible . They front end staff was rude and unaccomodating during a very stressful time.Even Disney closed down and offered to take in people for special rates.
