Fixed the day for us

After a day of delays from Le Shuttle, we finally arrived in Orleans at 9.55pm four hours late. The kitchen closed at 10pm, but they took our cases at reception and rushed us off to the restaurant who were happy to wait on us until we had finished (several needed glasses of wine later)! Great end to a bad day

- schlechte lage, sehr laut infolge verkehr - teppich im zimmer unappetitlich - klimaanlage mit störenden geräuschen (defekt?) - niemals 4 sterne, da kenne ich bessere mercure hotels - downgrading ist zwingend!

Super vue sur la Loire et 10 minutes de la ville

Pros: Reception area and our room.
Cons: No dogs.
Location: The old town of Orlean and the history of Joan of Arc..Walks along the river.
Excellent weekend,A very comfortable and clean hotel.Very friendly and breakfast very good. We however did not like seeing dogs at breakfast.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre spacieuse

Pas grand chose à redire concernant le confort, l’espace et la propreté des chambres et de l’hotel En general. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. En revanche le parking et le petit dej sont en supplement ce qui au final revient assez cher ajoute au prix de la chambre. Enfin, je trouve le sèche cheveux intègre au mur peu pratique et peu efficace.

Hotel agréable mais pas vraiment un 4*

Service laisse à désirer pour un 4*, attente interminable pour le dîner et petit déjeuner peu varié.
