The staff was friendly, the elevator was dirty coffee all over the floor, our room floor was dirty and sticky the shower hardly had hot water even water coming out of the shower head. The toilet was not sturdy also the window curtain wouldn’t go down. Other than that it was great.

The overall stay was fine. However, breakfast on the first day was terrible. The oven broke. I felt bad for the guy and tried to make the best of it. He shared that they had a work order in place. On the second day, we went down for breakfast at 8:30 am and there wasn't any more food and didn't look like they had planned to make more. We had a 4 night stay but at that point, I just went to McDonalds to feed my family. The shower in our room was the worst part of it all. There is no pressure at all. I mean barely any water came out. But I told my family we would have to make the best of it.

The air conditioning vent was directly over the bed in the separate bedroom and blew cold air directly onto the beds and faces of the guests, The light switch for the separate bedroom was nowhere near the door to enter a dark room. This made it almost i possible to find or be usable. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was far away from the sink and was placed over the toilet making it very hard to reach. The door to room 102 is extremely hard to get open. Great pressure was needed. The accessible shower was very functional and easy to use. The tv availability was great. The hot breakfast was appreciated and enjoyable.
