Sunny and beautiful apartment in a private urbanization located on the first line of La Concha Beach in Oropesa del Mar. Beautiful views. 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + front terrace overlooking the beach. Capacity for 4 people. It has a swimming pool, parking, air conditioning.

In the morning, you can cool off in the pool, which is at your disposal, so you can start the day refreshed and happy!
The 70 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
- Living room with comfortable kitchenette with beautiful sea views, TV-HD, sofa, central air conditioning, access to a wonderful terrace.
- Terrace with frontal views of the sea, garden and swimming pool equipped with 1 sofa, 2 small tables, 2 armchairs and a relax chair.
- Kitchen open to the living room with bar and dining table, fully equipped. ( Dolçe gusto coffee maker ).
- Master bedroom with a 150x190cm double bed, large wardrobes and access to the terrace.
- Second bedroom with lower bunk bed 135x190cm, and upper 90x190cm.
- 1 Bathroom equipped with shower, sink and wc.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

We recommend enjoying the Vía Verde Oropesa-Benicasim on a pleasant walk contemplating the sea on foot or by bicycle, with different rest areas and viewpoints, visiting the Hiking Routes: PR-CV 459”, “PR-CV 459.1”, “SL -CV 170” and “SL-CV 170.1”, the visit to the Lighthouse, the Torre del Rey and how not to let yourself be surprised by the charming Historic Center of Oropesa del Mar. We also suggest you go to the Prado de Cabanes-Torreblanca Natural Park, It constitutes an area of wetlands of great landscape value where various species of waterfowl are housed, a complete disconnection and cultural adventure for the family.
Within a radius of 100 meters from the building you will find all the necessary services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ice cream shops…
