Property layout was poor, one bedroom is outside of home with no access. Home needs some upkeep, broken outdoor furniture and remotes needing batteries and another tv inoperatable.Tub needs non stick adhesive or bath mat. Deck table and chairs are way too big for the area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully operational. Refrigerator drawer was broken. Additional fees/charge on credit card, very poor communication. Kitchen well equipped

Great place!
The house is beautiful! Very comfortable and homey. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the extras and more! The only drawback for us was the steps. We are an older group of women, so the steps were a little difficult at times, but we made it and enjoyed the weekend. Our weekend was full of fun, laughter and lots of food!

Nice location with a beautiful lake view.
We enjoyed a family vacation at LOZ. Plenty of fun, games and laughing. It was very nice to wake up, go out on the deck and view the lake, along with gorgeous sunsets in the evening. It was also nice to all be together for some meals and games. Convenient location to restaurants, marina and recreation at Margaretville. The property inside was clean, (7 out of 10) but the outside, deck furniture and windows left a lot to be improved on. The kitchen is stocked very well with dishes and glassware, but pots and pans were in need of replacement. Over all, I consider the negatives to be minor but the family time together and enjoyment was GREAT.

Weekend trip
The location was great and the pools at Margaritaville were fun! Unfortunately the house was not well cleaned before we arrived. We found clothes from a previous group in the bathroom, cobwebs in the light fixtures, and the floors were dirty in the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the Lake of the Ozarks but wish the house had been cleaner when we arrived.

Great house for a getaway
House was clean and was just as advertised. We had 5 couples which allowed each couple to have their own room and bathroom. Also there are 5 parking spots! Host Jill was very good to work with and very responsive! Would definitely recommend this property for a fun getaway.

First annual family vacation
Beautiful home that accommodated all of our needs for our family of 15. We have kids ranging from 18 months to 10 years old and 8 adults. The beds were very comfortable. There were a ton of catds and board games that we used. The kitchen had eveything we needed. The sunsets from the balcony over the lake were beautiful. The resort offered many outdoor pools, an indoor waterpark and various other things to do. Owner responded immediately when we had a question.

Great Stay with a Beautiful View
The property was perfect for 8 friends on a golfing weekend. The bedrooms were very large and most had attached bathrooms. The great room and screened in porch provided a roomy place to hang out and discuss the events of the day, while gazing at the beautiful lake and boats sailing by. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend.

our stay at 21 Topsail Place
We enjoyed our stay at the property, but we encountered some issues that we would like to share. The kitchen counters had an ant infestation that was unpleasant and unsanitary. The dining room slider to the deck was malfunctioning and difficult to operate due to a damaged track. The main floor bedroom lacked a bathroom and required us to use the stairs to access one. The air conditioning for the main floor bedroom was inconsistent and did not cool well at night, although it worked fine during the day. The lake was not easily accessible from the house, which was disappointing. We also had trouble with the pool code, which did not match the one we received by email or the one in the house binder. We managed to enter the pool with the help of another group, but we noticed that several other groups had the same problem. We hope that these issues can be resolved for future guests. Overall, we had a decent experience, but we expected better from this property.
