The house was in a nice neighbor, close to the pool, checkin was easy, code to gates was a issue but 2nd day just assessed house by margarita ville, fan in one of bedrooms did not work but other than that perfect was easy

Perfect Home for a Family Vacation
We were shocked at how large this home was—it is much larger than photos imply. We also really appreciated the layout: 2 large bedrooms in the basement, each with 2 beds and their own bathrooms, and the master suite on the main floor. Taking our kids who range from 7-16, this layout was perfect. Everyone had their own space including us adults! The house was well-kept and had everything we needed. We loved how close it was to the main pool and were also surprised to find a second pool to access in the neighborhood. Overall we had a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better property!

Had we been occupying the upper level of the property only, we would have given an almost 5-star review (mitigating factors being the dirty microwave and air conditioner temp set too high for the hot weather). The upper level is an inviting and pleasant space. Unfortunately, the downstairs is the polar opposite with its heavily stained and foul smelling light-colored carpet; cheap and tired-looking furniture; and dark, drab bedspreads. The space felt dirty and was off-putting. Very disappointing!

Very nice place close to the lake.

I can't say enough great things about this condo...It was very clean, well-kept and had everything you could ever need. Your community pool is right behind you too. Beautiful, peaceful home!
We were there for work and this was a beautiful and peaceful place to relax after a long day of WORK. Would be a great place for a family, the pool is just right across the way and can be seen from the balcony. We were entertained by wildlife :-) Lake of the Ozarks is a nice place to visit and when you do give these folks a call for a beautiful home for the entire family!

Nice house. Worked well for seven women.
Overall, we liked the house. There were a few things here and there … only one set of towels, one wash cloth, one hand towel, in the two bedrooms downstairs. Not enough towels for 7 women. The hair dryer in the main bedroom was sparking and unusable. We had requested a check out time of 12 noon which was approved by the owner. However, when we contacted her and requested more towels, we received the towels in good time, and I also received an email changing the check out time to 10 … without any explanation. That didn't set well with us … but we were out before 10. Still.... We had to clean off all of the deck furniture as it was quite dusty/dirty.

Spacious, clean, close to everything
We enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and very spacious. The only problems we had were that the kitchen coffee pot didn't work (but the downstairs bedrooms had small coffee pots) and the kitchen lacked basics. Lots of cookware and dishes, but not even salt and pepper or a whisk. Other vrbo's we have stayed in have had basic spices/sugar. If you plan to cook here, you are going to need to bring or buy everything. Luckily the property is close to everything, so groceries/shopping, etc are close by. We stayed on a cold, wet March weekend, so we didn't really get to make use of the pool (just behind property) or lake, but we had a cozy place to watch movies and play cards and went bowling at the resort. Check out nearby HaHa Tonka State Park and get some breakfast at The Pancake House, you won't be disappointed.
