Best place to stay in osaka for cheap and you're near umeda station so getting arround is a breeze! My one gripe is that becuase it's popular the elevator wait times can be long especially at peak hours like check-out.

Good location, not enough lifts
The main struggle is with the lifts as the hotel has many floors and a huge capacity, but only around 6 lifts (can't recall exactly) which at specific hours get super busy. So u may end up waiting for a couple of times to go down during check-out or to go to ur room once checked-in.

We felt trapped in very small room. Tub is deep and hard to get inside with full figures ;-) We were assigned to stay in high floor and they charged us about $180 a night. We thought we originally booked $65 room through Cheap Tickets web site. Side note; International travellers required to have passports upon check in. If you left it at your relative's house or something, they will refuse to accommodate you. We almost got kicked out. Luckily, my husband had a passport card in his wallet and they made an exception this time, but critical information like this should be on the website.

The place was close to everything, including shops and eateries. It was also a short walk to the train station. The room had useful amenities. In the building, there is a Lawson store stocked with really good snacks. The room was small but that is expected. We only needed it for a place to sleep in. Overall, this is a good place to stay; it's clean, it's in the center of everything and most of all, it's very affordable.

The elevators can take a while if you're on the upper floors, other than that its an affordable hotel to stay at which is also close to umeda station.

Cool place to stay. Hotel offers many activities to do inside and convenience stores to any necessity, for the price it was a very good option in Osaka. Only minor issue was the noise that can be heared of the outside streets.
