This was a great hotel in a great location! The room was really nice and clean. Loved the city view. Breakfast was also great. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful brand-new hotel, fantastic views of Osaka, easy access to rail and subway. Terrific showers and baths. Nice executive lounge (although hours are too limited). Some check-in and elevator congestion (large-capacity hotel on top floors of an office tower). Overall 5-star quality and very affordable for the calibre of hotel.

This is a relatively new hotel, close but a long walk from Umeda station. It has a spectaculat spa on the top floor that is totally spoiled by the fact that it is heavily used by foreigners who don't know the system -- and the hotel fails to provide useful information so they can. I used the bath only once, but was disgusted to see foreigners failing to remove their shoes at the entrance, entering the water with a bathing suit, failing to wash before entering the bath, etc. It was a real shock -- it would be very easy for the hotel to post some signs (they are common in many Japanese hot-spring hotels), as I'm sure most foreigners are happy to follow the rules if they know what they are.

The roads around this property were not that safe and inconvenient. For grandeur hotels, this is fine. Overall, I recommend the hotel OMO7 Osaka. This hotel is also not that unique. It’s OK, but you should probably think twice before staying.

Candeo Hotel was a great and safe location for my family with young children to stay. 1-minute walk to nearby station and multiple convenient stores. Taxi/Uber drivers were able to pick/drop us off easily and always within the area. The location was quiet. The room was quite small but nevertheless clean. If you can, upgrade to the larger room. We stayed in a deluxe twin room with 2 adults and 2 children with 5 luggages. I also wish the room had more lighting and picked up the trash more frequently. The staff were helpful and kind. On-site coin laundry. Location had a sky spa. I would recommend this location and would stay here again.

Rooms very small but great view. Clean but strange design with basin in entrance. Facilities and staff levels didnt seem appropriate for number of rooms. Check in and out very lengthy, and breakfast was poor due to dishes running out and not being replenished.
