Very good location right in between the shopping hubs in Umeda (15min walk) and Shinsaibashisuji (15min taxi). There’s a convenient store right downstairs. The room is compact but has everything you need. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed the great service here.

This is a perfectly good hotel, however, there were some limitations for westerners. What we thought was a swimming pool was part of a gender specific onsen, limited to nude bathing only, which I was not into. If you care about looks, the decoration of the hotel was very much “done on the cheap”. The mustard yellow recycled polyester carpet looked liked it was laid in 1974 and not 2024. For a new hotel, there was lot of obvious wear and tear. The pyjamas were made of a very heavy and hot polyester, and far too small for a woman with my ample proportions (Australian size 16). Other than these minor issues, we had a good stay at this hotel. It is very central to Osaka Station City and other train connections, and an easy walk to local restaurants.

The view was phantastic! We could see the river, the castle, etc.. The atmosphere of the place was great! All new, and due to the design it looked really spacious. The door for the restroom in the room opened to the inside. with the little space there was, it was really tricky to close the door while being inside.

The Hotel is very new and comfortable. The views from the gym room is spectacular so it becomes a pleasure to do exercises there. I also like the availability of sufficient numbers of self service washing and drying machines. However, it would be better if there are more dining options in the Hotel. Overall speaking, I enjoyed my stay very much.

This was an amazing hotels, the great roof top bath house was perfect after long walks and if I had any compliant it was one, the door in the toilet room opening towards the toilet. It wasn’t a lot of space but that’s no big deal. Still a fantastic hotel experience.

Turned up at the hotel to discover the room that I had booked was too small for 3 adults. So had no option but to ask for an upgrade that cost us over £150 for two nights. Our new room was amazing with 3 single beds and views to die for. However on second day housekeeping made no attempt to make our beds or generally tidy the room! Breakfast not great and didn’t really cater for European palate. Not really enough options. Breakfast area far to small for the number of people and felt very busy. Overall if I was to go back to Osaka I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Nice, clean property with friendly staff. English was no problem. Amazing views, and very convenient location. The room (even their smallest) was spacious and nice enough that I could spend a whole day in there to relax after tiring days of travel, which I can't say about the most of the other properties at which I stayed during my trip. A quick (~2 min) walk to the F-92 exit of Osaka-Umeda Station underground complex/mall meant that I could easily stay out of the weather during the blistering hot and/or rainy days of August.

It was very clean and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, and looks new. It's quiet around the area, doesn't seem like too many other tourists around. At night time, the area is near a strip of bars. But it is still not loud or too much going on. It's further from main attractions like Namba, but that didn't bother us. The only downside of being further away is if you purchase a few things, it's not walking distance to any malls or department stores. We bought a lot of things in Namba and Dotonbori, we ended up taking a taxi because it would've been too much to bring on a train. However the taxis aren't expensive, and there were always plenty around.

By all means Japan is worth the trip, but while you are here then this hotel is fantastic. Excellent staff and room and service. We had the absolute pleasure of stumbling across some fantastic dining options here and posted a review of a wonderful Japan fusion with sake dinner experience that was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Love this place and would return in a heartbeat

Lovely hotel
I loved my stay in this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. I took advantage of the laundry service, the spa, the daybed by the window was a plus. One of the girls at the front desk went above and beyond helping me set up a nail appointment.
