Other than the typically small Japanese hotel room everything was terrific. Adjacent to Namba Station (a City in itself) made it super easy to get anywhere, that said, many of the great attractions are within easy walking distance.

This hotel is located very close to Namba railway station. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are very helpful, friendly and polite and the breakfast buffet is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location. Surrounded by shopping and dining and transportation. They actually change many items on their breakfast buffet daily. We’ve never seen that in hotels before. Free snack at 9pm.

Wonderful location
We were just in Osaka for one night and this was an excellent stay. Very centrally located and close to the train station, we were able to explore a bit of the city and have convenience at the same time. Would definitely recommend and come again.

My 2nd stay since 2022. Excellent service and unparalleled location. Near to everything of Osaka. Special thanks also to custom service Ms Yuki for helping me to received and safe keep my parcel way before my check in date. The only improvement I can think of is the variety of breakfast spread. This I think can be improved. Thank you and will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka .

Excellent hotel and excellent location. It is very close to the shopping district. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the lobby before check in time. The hotel staff keeps a watchful eye on all your stuff. Will stay again for sure.

Great location next to Namba station! Wonderful modern rooms with a touch of traditional Japanese aesthetics. Washer and dryers available on site and a free evening snack and drinks available throughout the day as well. Great service and helped us a lot when trying to figure out baggage issues!
