The hotel experience is interesting since it has no in-person staff, but the check-in process is still easy to understand, and the online staff are still very responsive. The hotel room came with all the necessary amenities, such as a stove, microwave oven, fridge, dining table, balcony/drying racks, and even our own washer/dryer unit (the dryer only wrings out excess water; you have to air-dry the clothes afterwards). Instead of a standard TV, we had a projector TV in which we could even connect our phones/laptops to the big screen. There is a luggage storage area on the first floor, which we used to keep our suitcases safe before we checked in. It is a ~10 minute walk from the station, and a ~10 minute walk from Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi-suji, which is where we spent most of our Osaka trip (highly recommend!) Overall, I would say just don't expect 5-star hotel treatment here, but for what we get, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. We would be happy to stay here again if we ever return to Osaka.

Excellent unit. Room is clean and new. Close to Metro, covenient store, OCAT and a good walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba walk and other shopping aread. Will surely use again the next time we visit Osaka. Thank you management team, we had a great stay!

Loved how new, clean and relatively spacious the apartment is by Japanese standards. Beds were comfortable. The bath/shower/dryer room impressed us with its size and how well the drainage and ventilation worked which helps with maintaining hygiene. The keyless entry was very convenient. Appreciated that a 7-Eleven and two bus stops are within a 4 minute walk around the block. While the walk to Sakuragawa Station is only 6 minutes (closest train station).

We had a very confortable and enjoyable stay in Hotel Abitare Namba West. The hotel is very new and clean. The washing machine, bothtub, toilet and the drying facility in the bath room are the highlights. The TV is a smart one. We were able to watch something together as a family. The staff was friendly too. The location is great too. Overall, we are happy with our stay.

Quiet but in a safe area. Convenient stores and a wide variety of restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 min walk. The best feature is that it is nearby the metro station so very easy to commute around. Easy check in and out process.

Even though there is no reception for this hotel the staff responded my text quickly. The only complaint I have is the wifi. It’s quite unstable that I have to use my data.

This place does not have a reception and daily cleaning service like a normal hotel, however everything works well. the self checked in process is easy, the room is spacious and easy access to the nearby metro station.

My family of 5 stayed in two rooms, they were clean, easily accessible and walking distance to everything. Railway literally 3min walk away, 7 Eleven for quick snacks or meals and essentials a 3 min walk away. Would recommend this to any families travelling as there is also a small kitchen with microwave and bar size fridge/freezer for keeping snacks and drinks for the kids. Highly recommended!
