Great staff, decent breakfast, amazing location. I saw the difference between the regular and superior room. A superior room, if available, is quite a lot nicer. And depending on booking timing, superior room may not even be more expensive. Overall very convenient location and great experience. If you’re a larger person it will feel small, like most Japanese hotels.

We chose this place every time when we are in Osaka with bunch of friends. Convenient, center, great shopping and great transportation access from subway, train, sightseeing bus, and airport limousine. Everything walking distance. Love it, even under heavy rain.

A good clean hotel right above Osaka stations. Very quiet despite being above a very busy train station. Being right over Osaka station gives you access to the JR and local metro lines. Lots of restaurants and large malls around the area as well

Centrally located, friendly staff, restaurants, convenience stores, and malls within the building. Inside the subway/mall. Room is small and the shower has curtain, but it was fine for a solo traveler like myself. Would recommend, thank you for helping to make Osaka a memorable trip!

After staying in Granvia Kyoto, this property is a total disappointment. I have never seen a smaller sink than the one in our room. Part of the ceramic is cracking. There’s no bathroom counter space to speak of. Chipped paint on the molding around the bathroom door and the lack of outlets convinced me that this property needs a massive renovation. I bet this property has never been upgraded since it was built decades ago. They should push the bathroom out 18-24 inches to allow for some counter space and storage under the counter. Albeit the bedroom area will be smaller, it may not make a difference as there’s some dead space in the room anyway. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station but we would definitely not do it again. It’s no comparison to their Kyoto property.
