Superb customer service. I forgot my phone (!!) at another hotel in Tokyo. The front desk attendant promptly called the other property and arranged for it to be delivered express; all within 15 min of arrival to the hotel. Everyone at the desk is bilingual so anyone with basic English speaking skill could easily communicate with the staff. Conveniently located to train station. Some people may not be used to the smaller size of the hotel room but it’s comparable to eco hotels found in major us and European cities.

Upon arrival, we were dissatisfied with the room we booked. The staff were phenomenal, they went above and beyond with helping us find a more suited room. Zhao was exceptional, she not only helped us with finding the perfect room, she made us feel like home! The hotel room was a little small, but that was expected. Closest station was under a 5 minute walk and the hotel was surrounded by great food options. Will be back next year, we had a great time here.
