Great Location
Centrally located short walk from Osaka station and a few stations away from Shin Osaka. Clean hotel and enjoyed my stay. Supermarket attached to hotel and lots of dining options.

The Positive Reviews Fooled Us
Our children were at an age in which there was no charge for their stay, however they did not provide towels and toothbrushes, cups, water bottles, basic amenities for all four of us (two children and 2 adults) like all of the other hotels that we have stayed at over the 2.5 years that we have lived in Japan. I asked for the basic amenities for the four of us and was told in English that because our children were staying for free they would not be provided-- so we received 3 instead of four sets, which I thought was rediculous. Next the parking that is advertised as available on their website. Our van could not fit in their elevator car park so we ended up paying between $50 and $80 a day in parking fees and a 15 minute walk each way from the car park--we have a standard Delica. Again, reduculous that we were not informed ahead of time or that there was no disclaimer about the hotel parking. 6 nights of parking at an avaerage of $60 a night adds up. I also felt like the front desk people were especially rude to forgeiners upon check in and check out. The property is lack luster and the rooms are tiny. The soaking pool (onsen) was unremarkable. The location was fine.

Don’t expect that is very closed to the train station. Even though it locates nearby the train station, it takes quite awhile for walking. Room is small and the reception area is tiny too. The restaurant is allowed for indoor smoking, it is not convenient for us as we bring our kid for holiday.

The elevators usually take a while. The rooms are a good size but there too little table and counter space. There could be quite a bit of traffic noises audible from the room.

Nice spot in Osaka
Saw many reviews about the locatilon being 'right on the subway' but the subway entrance right on the street is into the maze that is the Osaka station, and still a 5-10 min walk underground to get to your platform. We got lost so many times trying to come back out that entrace at the end of the day LOL. An good spot in Osaka, on a side street. Need to take an elevator up and It can get crowded with large families checking in or out with tons of luggage. Staff spoke English and was nice and responsive to our questions. We sent our bags there ahead of us with no issues and they helped us send our bags to the airport. The room was nice and clean with nice amenities and a tub. The one thing we didn't like is there would be long waits for the elevators and sometimes they'd be so full with large families that we had to wait for 1 or 2 elevators. Didn't use the onsen but there would regularly be folks in PJs in the elevator.

Fantastic location, can’t be beat. Also has a sauna which was very convenient and good quality. Downside is smallish room where in bathroom no room to place a simple toiletry bag, and bedroom has narrow desk that only fits a laptop if one moves other things out of way

Easily accessible from Umeda station with plenty of dining options around. Only issue was the sound proofing is not the greatest, and there was some noise outside on our last night from 11 - 12PM
