NO COOL AIR during November
Our stay was disappointing due to a misleading promise of air conditioning. Despite the hotel claiming the AC worked, it repeatedly switched to heat in both rooms we tried. We woke up drenched in sweat nightly, and staff’s assurances that it would be fixed led to no resolution. Instead of being transparent about this systemic issue, they misled us into thinking it was a room-specific problem. No compensation or meaningful solution was offered. So, if you’re someone who is expecting cool air, don’t book here. Guests deserve honesty about the facilities, not empty promises.

Very convenient and close to train station. Close to shopping streets and nice malls. Spacious for Japanese hotel. Toilet and bath were great. Excellent option for those travelling with little kids and elderly. Two things that were unpleasant — 1) One of the staff (though very helpful) was coughing throughout our stay there and was never seen (by us) with a mask. 2) Stayed on a high floor but could still hear loud traffic at night.

Great location and amenities!
Amazing hotel! The best we had our entire trip in Japan. The service and amenities were great. The free refillable mini fridge was an awesome bonus. Overall cleanliness and service at the hotel were also great. The basement of the hotel is connected to the Namba train station which makes it super convenient to transit everywhere. Close to Dotonbori and all the central Osaka restaurants and shops. The downside of this is that it can be a bit noisy being so close to the Main Street. We had a street performer playing on a drum set until 10:00pm every night right outside the hotel. It only seemed to happen on the weekends, but worth noting if you’re planning to wake up early and want to go to bed early. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect as it is in the top of the Namba station. Close walking distance to Shinsaibashisuji. The service is wonderful and all the staffs are very caring. I would come back to this hotel again for sure!

Easy access from Namba train station. Everything is nice except too much ambulances noise during the night. Turn out there several medical clinics nearby. Another nuisance is that at night many motorcyclists cruising along the Midujusi street with loud engines noise. I asked the front desk was told they do this every night. Good thing the stop around midnight.

Great property in an excellent location and easy walking distance but staff need more training. Bad habit of making mistakes and saying sorry thinking that is an acceptable answer. Sadly the so called waiting room on level 5 which is clearly marked waiting room wasn't that at all and we were asked to leave when just trying to rest after our check out and waiting for airport.

Excellent location and comfortable stay
Excellent location near Namba station, and a short walk from Dottombori. The room was also very comfortable. The only negative is that it would sometime get loud at night from the traffic on the street, but this wasn't too much of an issue for us.
