The hotel is close to subway and railway station as well as shopping mall and department stores. Very convenient. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is tidy and clean. Given this budget, it is value for money.

御堂筋線2駅(天王寺駅と動物園前駅)の真ん中辺りの立地でどちらの駅にも行きやすく9階だったからかホテル前は主要道路後ろはJR線でしたが静かで快適な滞在時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 てんしば～天王寺動物園～新世界～通天閣～ホテル約1時間の散歩も楽しめました 朝食は和食バイキング美味しかったです
