Overall, the property was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. The only problem I had with the room is the lack of a proper closet and storage space. If you have any decent amount of close you have to take out from the luggage, it can be frustrating.

Great hotel, convenient for transiting. Room was a bit small with two large suitcases, but we made it work. Bathroom was huge, lots of counter space and loved the shower and bathtub. Breakfast was good, good selection.

I booked Miyako in advance, and my sister decided to join me after spending three days at the Westin Hotel. She was amazed by how great Miyako was! The layout of our room created a cozy, home-like atmosphere during our three-week stay. The bathtub facilities were the perfect way to unwind at the end of each day. The staff took excellent care of our room daily. The baggage area was tucked away from the public and we’ll keep clean and secure. We would absolutely choose Miyako again for any trip to Japan!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and it deserves every one of these 5 stars! The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the room feeling fresh and inviting. The coffee machine in the room was a delightful touch, perfect for starting my mornings. The highlight, however, was the bathroom, featuring a wet area and a truly outstanding bathtub. The size and depth of the tub are beyond anything I’ve experienced—even in many 5-star hotels! It was such a relaxing experience and truly a standout feature of this hotel. The location is equally impressive. Surrounded by fantastic cafes serving high-quality hand-roasted coffee and the nearby Semba building, which offers a variety of local dining and shopping experiences, this hotel is ideally situated. Within walking distance, we found ourselves immersed in the energy of Dotonbori and the shopping paradise of Shinsaibashi—two of Osaka's most iconic destinations. As a loyal Marriott member, I can confidently say this stay has made me consider converting to Miyako Hotels for future trips to Osaka. Highly recommended!

Decent location for a second stay in Osaka. The hotel felt new and the property was in good condition. The drinks was a nice touch for when you’re in a rush and need a coffee. Service however was non existent. Staff clearly wanted nothing to do with guests. Robots probably would offer warmer service than the staff there. Minus 1 star for the service
