We encountered an incredibly rude staff member who made a member of our group cry and tried to charge us an extra fee which went against both the website and booking information. When this staff member went on break we asked other staff who said there was no extra fee and were much kinder. Breakfast was tasteless and nothing seemed fresh (donuts etc were frozen in the middle). Very expensive for what it was. We were really disappointed and wouldn’t stay there again. We were so disappointed we asked for a refund As we wouldn’t be returning for the breakfasts on the following days but as we do not speak Japanese it was hard to question.

Transport from Kansai was straight forward with a bit of walk from bus to the hotel. Plenty of shops nearby and the breakfast was excellent. Must get to breakfast area by 7am, otherwise too many people. Universal studies just around the corner.

This hotel was amazing! The location was within a minute to USJ entrance and the breakfast buffet was superb! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The amazing part of this hotel was we were able to re-enter the USJ park the same day! Highly recommend to families with kids especially if you want to take a mid day break to rest in the hotel and head back to USJ at night time.

We early arrived but could not check in until 3:00. This is too late. Hotels.com needs to help us with this. No restaurant or room service after breakfast. No place to eat dinner. All restaurants close at 10:00 pm even though every one of them says open until 11:00. 3 single beds squashed into a room. What a joke, except I paid a lot so it wasnt funny.

Affordable for the area. Tucked away and feel very private. Room is a bit small but we didn’t spend time in the room anyway. Staff responded quickly when we forgot stuff in our room. When we came back we got our stuff back and was grateful. Staff spoke great english.

I liked everything about this property except for one staff that did my check in process. I booked on my name but after she checked my name she only spoke to my husband and gave only one key to him. I never been to the hotel gave only one key with two costumers checking in.
