Wish I had a room on a higher floor. They gave me a second floor room and I could hear all the traffic. The hotel is great, I would stay there again. Hopefully I get a room on a higher floor next to time (I asked but they said they were all booked up)

It’s a small room for two but served its purpose. Very close to Kuromon Market and all the important areas in Osaka. Free coffee is a plus with lots of ice which is a must esp in the month of July. I will stay here again. Best location in Osaka.

The room was nice and comparable to other businesses hotels as far as cleanliness was concerned (common issues like other guests’ hair in the sheets, a small hard piece of something dried on my pillow). The building seems recently renovated, the bathroom was fairly spacious for a business hotel which I appreciated. The lighting in the room was pretty dark, I would have liked to be able to make it brighter.

Located perfectly for us. Restaurants, markets, tourists destinations and transportations were all accessible. Room is small but enough. Unlimited coffee and tea was a great idea.

Enjoyed staying here. Decided to extend our stay an extra night as we loved the nightlife of Dontonbori. It’s close to Namba station which is a main hub. Also close to Kintetsu station. The only negative I can find is that the bathroom door is not solid. It has slats in the top half which makes it feel like your partner can hear everything. Otherwise everything was great. The rooms are small though which I found is typical for Japan. We could only fit one suitcase on the ground next to the bed.

I liked the shower booth and how it was separate from the washroom. I also like the color of the rooms; it added brightness. The overall hotel looked cleaned and big in comparison to other hotels in Japan.

There is dust everywhere, on the lamp, on the air vent fence…and there is no tea bags available in room. You can go lobby to get your free tea and coffee but you don’t wanna do this in the middle of the night.

the pillows in the room are horrible. There were only 2 pillows provided per room and they were so flat that was so uncomfortable sleeping on it. When asked if we could get more pillows, we were told that there was no stock available.

The location was great. Central to Den Den town, various big malls and local train stations. Lots of eateries and gaming shops. The facilities are bigger than many in Tokyo but the cleanliness was average. Stained spots on bed sheets and yellow stains on the shower edges. Staff was okay when approached, but did not appear friendly. Appreciated that water, slippers, toothbrushes and towels were provided at your front door per night without asking. With improvements on the cleanliness, this would be a great spot.
