Most hotels in Japan are very small, but our room was spacious. Very luxurious hotel with a high end restaurant, cafe, bar, gym and hot bath. Beautiful views of the water. Staff is very courteous, professional and friendly.

This my favorite hotel while staying in Japan. The rooms in this hotel were large enough for two people and suitcases. The hotels bathroom was clean and modern and the toilet paper was not thin like many places in Japan. It also did not look like a plastic toy. They had a cafe machine on the reception floor and it made great cafe drinks unlimited!! One of our favourite things part of the trip. Lounge area was comfy. Wifi everywhere and it had a smart tv. Laundry machine updates were provided on the tv or a site. Everything about this hotel went smooth, easy, clean and felt luxurious !! I would recommend adding more items to the menu as the hotel doesn’t have a lot of restaurants opened late around the area. Best part of this hotel is a subway on one side and a family mart on the other!

Great for a few days stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Train station right next door. The lounge area is inviting with a balcony for a nice quiet evening. Would recommend and stay again.

The room was way too small. Very claustrophobic. Dining options inside the hotel were limited. The menu wasn’t that extensive and three of the options were “sold out”. Fortunately there were other options nearby.

Kitahama station is right next to the hotel entrance, this is a business/finance district area, very easy access to places like the Osaka Aquarium, Universal Studio, Kuromon Market, Glico Sign in Dotonburi. We had breakfast daily at the hotel and great selection of hot and cold items. Free coffee available during the stay.

Located within the same building where kitahama station is directly below makes it super convenient for travelling. Yodoyabashi station is about a 5mins walk away that is a direct line towards Umeda. There is also family mart in the same building to get snacks/drinks. Dotonbori is about a 15-20min walk away. Making this place very convenient. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Came back to tidy rooms each night and toilet was spotless with warm seats. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting osaka! Thank you!

The place is nice and convinient but very tiny for a family of four the atmosphere and the clientele seemed targeted towards singles, couples and group travelling and stay not really family friendly.
