There was no cold water after a thunderstorm. It happened on the day we arrived after 13 hours flight. We were told they don't know it could be repaired. We were not told about about the water situation when we came back to the room. After we get wet in the shower, then suddenly all hot water. A few minutes later, no water at all. Can't flush toilet or use the sink. The front desk ask us for understanding and don't know when the water will be back. Could be no water the day after. I was ready to check out at that point and demanded a refund. They moved us to another room and was told it has water. The water was dripping in that room and then, no water. Worst hotel experience ever.

Staff are polite and helpful, and check-in was very easy. The property is immaculate and stunning, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are great. This location is well situated for not only getting around Osaka but connecting to other subway and rail lines for further travel.

The hotel is in a quiet area but so close to the metro which was great. Rooms are really nice, spacious and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

A newer build that was well maintained. Close to convenience stores and the station. Great service and cleanliness. Only negative thing was the washer/dryers did not dry well. Other than that. The positives outweighed that one issue making it a 5 star location. Check in is on the 15th floor.
