すごく気に入りました！！また泊まりたい！
夜遅くにチェックインしましたが、嫌な顔一つせずとても親切に対応していただきました！また、そのスタッフさんは外国の方でしたがとても日本語が上手でした。 1階のツインルームに泊まったのですが、お部屋も綺麗だったし、スーツケースを広げられるほどのスペースもありました。枕元に読書灯とコンセントもあり、すごくよかったです。 シャワーブースも、朝色んな人が利用したあとはさすがに髪の毛など目立ちましたが、それは仕方ないことですし、普段のお掃除は行き届いているんだろうなという感じです。 キッチンは広くて使いやすいし、何より無料のコーヒーマシンがすごくありがたかったです^^ 場所も庄内駅から徒歩圏内ですし、近くに焼肉屋さんや焼き鳥屋さん、牛丼屋さんなど飲食店も多く、立地は最高でした。 新大阪駅にも電車乗り継いで30分以内で到着できます。 本当に本当に快適でした^^ 次大阪に来た時も、またここに泊まりたいです！

とてもよかったけど、ことばが
駅から近いし、清潔だし、シャワー室も広いし、タオルやコーヒーが無料と、総合的には申し分ないのに、ことばの問題が気になりました。まず、到着時の受付のお兄さんの日本語がよく分からないし、こちらの質問が聞き取れたないみたい。あれは、とりあえず部屋や浴室や食堂などの使い方の説明を丸暗記させて、全部頭から言うように訓練されている感じで、日本語力の高くない従業員の教育として最悪のやりかた。もっと、従業員も客もすんなり分かり合える従業員教育ができるのに、経営者がそういうことに無頓着すぎる。それから、あちこちに貼ってある注意書や説明の英語・中国語・韓国語の訳が笑えるほど不自然。日本語直訳かな。こういうところにも、コミュニケーション軽視の経営者の姿勢が見える。「サービス」だけ評価が悪いのは、そのため。

施設の清潔感はありましたが、階段を昇り降りする音、トイレの音、上の階の音が響いて快適とは言えない。周辺は直近にコンビニ、駅が徒歩７分くらいで便利でした。

阪急庄内駅に近くて一泊旅行なら十分だと思います Expの地図と実際の場所が違うので要注意です Exp事務局で修正願います 駅近くにはリーズナブルなお値段の食堂あり ホステルでは保健所の許可が無いので食事は出せないとの事 風呂は共用シャワーでタオル類は無料 ロビーのコーヒーも無料でした

기대 이상이였습니다
쇼나이에 갈때 항상 숙박하던 호텔이 만실이라 토키요 호스텔에서 숙박했습니다. 기대 이상으로 편안했고 시설도 깨끗했습니다. 앞으로 쇼나이에 방문할때 또 이용할게요
