I was there for 4 nights and no one came to do room service for single time. Carpets are too dirty and smelly. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else.

BED BUGS and apparently this property is being changed over to a Hilton … honestly goal they get new management as the current person in charge is not the right fit for that role I’ve read several reviews regarding the outbreak of bed bugs and unfortunately I had a room with a some on October 1st and the hotel didn’t even apologize or follow back up I booked through Expedia I even had them follow up with the hotel and management never even got back to us or awknowleged the issue I called again today to speak to management and was to stop talking and call back when management was in Whoever the ignorant lady on the phone was should maybe get some training on customer service ans how To communicate with guests. Im hoping they take the proper steps to cleaning these rooms as I go through the handful of reviews I see this problem as gone off for the last two weeks and it’s needs to be rectified. Thanks for denying my refund due to your inability to addressing the bed bug infestation … with health department being aware of the issue - I hope the manager will have this under control and maybe consider that doesn’t require any sort of customer service.

Entire property under construction, including right outside the room. Serious construction that had equipment running all day. Asked for a 30 minute extension after a two day trip and was actually removed from my room 4 minutes before checkout time. Staff was rude, and inconsiderate. Never again.

I was nearly 400 for 2 nights, and a 250 deposit open arrival for in case I smoked in the room, so unexpectedly my first overall charge was 620$ which completely set back my weekend plans. The breakfast and coffee was free to quests and the coffee was actually pretty good, and the breakfast was not bad either. The neighborhood around was a little rough as the first night I was kept up due to people fighting in the parking lot next door, and the buildings rooms keys hardly give you access back into the hotel. Along with my room.. in the 2 night I stayed I had to return my room keys 3 times. The building it’s self is kept clean, but could definitely use a refresh in the exterior to boost the moral of the quests

Well the room smelled so bad when we got there that we had to spray a ton of perfume to get it at least decent. There were stains on top of comforter. We both slept on top without even looking at sheets as we had blankets of our own. Keys didn’t work initially so had to go back down and wait again. People before us same thing. The manager and big wig that were there next morning were very friendly and welcoming though on way out. And a $250 hold on the room, that was advertised as $100. Staff member just said yes we’ve asked them to change that, not cool! The hotel cost was even less. What could we possibly ruin to cost that much in a room that was already poor? I usually like the Comfort Inn’s that I have stayed in, won’t be back to this one.

The property was close to the highway, staff were great. The building itself was looking a bit tired, time for a remodel. We turned the air conditioning on in the room and a bunch of white styrofoam flew out of it. Lack of areas to charge devices. All in all I’d rate this place 7 out of 10

The room was nice. Beds and washroom were clean. Functional tv. No elevator! $250 hold when Expedia indicated $100. No bell person, front desk attendant had to assist me with my bags leaving the front. Also my room wasn’t prepared, didn’t know which rooms were clean. Check out was slow. But later check out at 11 AM which is good.

It’s being used to house people from a group home. Not pleasant when you stay there for an 8 year old baseball tournament and they don’t even disclose it to you. Room also smelled like smoke and the hotel did NOTHING! Don’t stay there. Period.
