Wonderful Hotel
Rooms are big - separate seating area and queen sized bed. Beds are very comfortable - foam mattress with feather bed type topper. Bathrooms have heated towel racks and heated floors. Front desk staff are incredibly nice and helpful with suggestions. Hotel is extremely close to the central train station and it’s a 5 minute walk to the shopping area.

Location and view will make it worth to try
Hotel located in the middle of the downtown next to the central station and access to everything in the city with walking steps. Room is a bit small, they clean the room every other day. Not daily.

We had a very lovely stay with our time here, the room was amazing with a very lovely view of the forjds, the facilities we excellent also from the breakfast bar, resturants and the pool was also great also. Help desk were very friendly and helpful when we required a longer stay on our last day and allowed us a late check out. Only downside to our stay was there was planned works up the roof being done at the time of our stay, we were not informed of this ahead of time and not upon our check in, we arrived at our room to find a deafening drilling sound which continued throughout the day, when we enquired at reception they offered a room to a floor wehere the sound could not be heard, however this would have cost us the view we paid for. If we know the works were happening ahead of time we could have planned around it much better and would not have been as much of a shock upon arrival

Pleasant Stay
Rooms were clean and comparatively spacious. Housekeeping was a hit and miss. The breakfast staff was however, very good. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. Location wise, this property is very convenient.

Good. You pay for what you get. A shame that the top floor is rarely accessible. It would be nice to sit there and have a coffee in the daytime but it was only open on some evenings. A shame given how much emphasis there is on this floor in all the adversing. All that is left to do is sit in a fairly dark and dingy ground floor with no view. The ground floor bar or coffee area wasn’t open at all when I was there. Pool area really congested in the evenings with families having parties for the whole evening, so it seemed. Nice quiet room. Lifts are chaos at breakfast time, squashed in really uncomfortably. V long waits and the lift stops on each floor to pick more people up. Breakfast really good quality but again, too crowded at peak times so it’s a shame they don’t use the whole of the overflow area because we end up packed in together virtually on top of the next table. Staff nice and helpful.

This was a stopover for a couple of days for me and my daughter before travelling to Trondheim where she will commence university for 6 months. We were having difficulty in contacting the university for her accommodation details. The staff helped me contact the university and were so helpful. The staff were an absolute delight and the Norwegian hospitality was unbeatable. Hotel in great location for sightseeing and general shopping. Keep up the good work ✔️

We were here for Christmas Eve and it was busy however staff were very helpful and nice. Car parking option was valet only which was expensive but easy all the same. Good breakfast options and you can walk into the city easy from here. There is a central station next door. Also easy to drive to from outside of Oslo as it’s on the edge of the city.

Me and my son stayed on new year, upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff, especially the receptionist from Plymouth England, ( didn’t catch her name) the hotel was central to all amenities, clean and tidy rooms, walking distance to rail and bus services, will stay there again soon, easy and fast check in, definitely recommend this hotel

The rooms were satisfactory; however, the elevators cost us so much time and inconvenience. The preselection of destination floor seemed to be aimed at efficiency and eco-friendliness, but often by the time the elevator finally arrived, it was already full. This “feature” was not well thought-through.
