Ein fantastisches Hotel, das von einer sehr lieben Familie geführt wird. Ich habe mich noch nie so wohl gefühlt an einem Ort und werde gerne wieder kommen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung und nahegelegenen Städtchen. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr malerisch und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Es wird grossen Wert auf individuellen Service und Sauberkeit gelegt. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen jedem weiterempfehlen!

It has potential but it’s definitely not a top masseria yet. Owners are very kind, but staff in general is not well trained and service is patchy. Just a few examples: loose toilet seat and partially blocked sink remained unattended for a week; drinks and food service was inconsistent; laundry advertised as available but staff didn’t know how to arrange or what the price is (eventually quoted 125 eur for a set of laundry which we got done in town for 20 eur); requested deposit for pool towels which feels completely unnecessary (25 eur); some of the experiences advertised on the website are not available. Overall, 5 star for Instagram looks, but 3 star for everything else.

Dear Sir, We thank you for the review that can be costructive. With regard to the toilet seat and the sink, you could have asked to the reception and we would have informed the maintainer to solve the problem. About the laundry service, unfortunately, it is an external service of a professional laundry, who pick up the clothes, whas them, iron them and deliver them, therefore the price is higher than a self service laundry, where you have to invest your time for a few hours, while with an external service you don’t have any problem. The caution of swimming towels is just a measure that we take to avoid losses riferring to some unpleasant events in the past, anyway is a service that we charge on the room but that we delate on check-out time when you give the towels back. All the experiences that you can see on the website are external services that guests can do inside or outside the Masseria depending on availability and also on a minimum of partecipants. Our aim is to give people the possibility to carry out a range of activities on the territory and our assistance to organize them. We hope to host you again and perhaps make you change your mind.

Danke für die schönen Tage die wir verbringen konnten. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Zimmer super eingerichtet mit der Geschichte und bis ins Detail überdacht. Die Anlage war eine ehemalige Masseria (Farm) die mit ihrer Geschichte in ein wunderbares Hotel umgewandelt worden ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer da, danke Ihnen und Guiseppe für Ihre freundliche Art. Der Pool war eine echte Oase zum abschalten und eine coole abkühlung. Morgenessen alles superfrisch und fein. Werden wieder kommen, sehr empfehlenswert.
