Welcome to Beach Retreat, a charming first-floor condo with a finished basement, offering the perfect mix of comfort and style for a relaxing getaway.

The main level features an open-concept living and kitchen area, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The bright and spacious living area seamlessly connects to the kitchen, creating an inviting space for meals, conversation, or quiet moments. Just off the living area, you’ll find a full bathroom for added convenience. The master bedroom is a serene escape, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a walk-in closet to make you feel right at home. For your convenience, there is also in-house laundry on the main level. Additionally, the living area includes a pull-out couch, offering extra sleeping space for guests.

Downstairs, the finished basement offers a second living area, perfect for unwinding or extra space to relax. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, making it a comfortable retreat for guests. A full bathroom completes this level, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone.

Outside, the patio invites you to enjoy the picturesque marina views while savoring the peace of the riverside setting.

Parking:
There is one parking space allocated for this condo in the parking lot behind the building.

We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations. Beach Retreat has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
