One Night Getaway
Great little getaway for a night! Only major disappointment was upgrading to the master suite for the in room jacuzzi, only for it to not work. We did mention it to the front desk upon checkout, and received a small discount for our stay. Other than that the rooms are nice and clean and the service is excellent!

The hotel itself is perfectly fine. My sole complain is that the only option to get a breakfast is apparently a modest café-like outlet where you can order microwaved food. Considering the hotel is in not really at a walking distance from any restaurants, it's disappointing

The room itself was fine, it was really weird that the TV didn't have Chromecast or Internet given the price of the room but it was fine. I really like the hot tub. the arcade was closed which was a disappointment as I'd seen it advertised and was looking forward to checking out it. The bathroom had a window which was neat, and the refillable soap dispensers mounted in the shower were quite convenient.

The property was very nice with several options for dinning, and quick breakfast with a Starbucks coffee shop located inside the hotel. Staff were wonderful and very efficient to respond to additional requests for our room (extra blankets). Only thing that was missing was a microwave in our room however when we asked the front desk where we could find one on our last evening, they brought one to our room. Wish we would have known about that option upon arrival. Otherwise, a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

While I understand it was New Years Eve, there was simply no excuse to have 15 teenagers screaming their lungs out in the hallway for hours until 3:00 am in the morning. The hotel staff did not seem to have any control of the situation despite numerous people complaining.
