The hote is great for families. The pool is warm and clean. They have a weird kids activity zone, which was disappointing. But we enjoyed our stay.

It was in a very walkable area, close to shopping and entertainment with a great selection of restaurants nearby. It was also great to have a Tim Horton’s in the hotel so you could have an early morning coffee or one to take with you as you head out for the day!

The Delta Hotel Ottawa City Centre is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and up to date, and the staff are friendly and prompt to respond to requests. I stayed at the hotel while a conference was being held. My only complaint would be regarding the conference participants, who could sometimes be loud in the hallways and would monopolize/block the elevators to the detriment of other guests.

If you want a quiet and relaxing hotel, do NOT book this hotel. They have a conference going on every weekend which means, you have to wait for the elevator for at least 5 minutes every time with fully packed people inside it, drop off zone was packed with cars parked, and etc. Worst experience as it was not notified when booking. If I knew it, I would have never booked this hotel. Super disappointed with Delta hotel.

Excellent place to stay in Ottawa. Something that sets it apart from its peers is the easy in-and-out self parking (no valet), which can booked for a small fee when booking through Expedia
