The "Host: did not answer the door after I knocked on it and rang the doorbell. The neighbour phoned the "host" for me, and she still refused to open the door saying I had no reservation. That neighbour told me it happens all the time, that they abandon their guests at the door. So I was without a room on a Friday night of a long weekend. Ruined the whole trip.

The owner wasn't present, the hose was empty, dark and closed !!! I didn't sleep the night there and wasn't refunded! I want my money back!
