Me and my friend really liked the bedding, the choices at breakfast. We had a good overall experience. The one thing I didnt like is our room was very warm, the room was set at 24.5 which was quite warm.

Absolutely dirty, found hair on the toilet set for a new hotel it was run down. It says pet friendly but they didn’t tell us we had to pay $50 extra. When asked what it was for the desk said you pay or leave. I took pictures on how dirty the room was. I normally didn’t leave negative comments but pillow cases and sheets seemed dirty, toilet seat had hair on it.

After 5 hours driving with young children to this hotel, tired but arrived late night then reached out to check-in to the reception desk, there were 2 young staff they didn't even say hi, then I gave my id & the credit card, the card machine only takes the stripway nor tap or pin pad. My credit card is new and never had a single issue. The staff asked me if I have another card, then eventually I used my partner's credit card for $100 deposit. Also I asked if there is a room any closer to main floor, the young staff said all rooms are fully booked therefore only could give 5th floor room is available then a staff looks like the manager, gave us the room at 2nd floor. I do not like the young staff at all. The staff shouldnt be working at the hotel. Or learn somewhere how to treat people a bit more welcome and listen to their concern.

En général très bien! Belle chambre. Problème avec la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas. Elle a cependant été réparé rapidement. Il faudrait s'assurer que tout fonctionne avant de louer les chambres.

Breakfast was not so good, scramble eggs every day. Variety of drinks, very good. It was offered doing bed daily, but they didn't and keft thevtrash as well.
