Hotel was clean and comfortable. The "buffet breakfast" was not as seen in photos. The foot traffic around the area made it a uncomfortable feeling of being over crowded. The condiments were very slow to be replenished and food choices were not great. On Sunday a gentleman got down at 9:55 and the food was gone and doors were shut. It was served 7-10 but they did not offer him even a muffin or coffee. The food was being taken away at 9:45 which I thought was horrible service. I felt bad for him. I would stay here again because of being so convenient to downtown area. Hopefully next time the food will be better.

The cleanliness and space with good breakfast option. Was quite curious why the spoons at the breakfast were all soup spoon sizes. Was not the most user kid friendly but overall the stay was smmoth and great

Great location with free breakfast
Great location, close to the Parliament Hill. We can leave in the car in the parking garage until 6 pm on the day we check out. It was convenient for visiting the area. The free breakfast is great with good variety. My only complaint is that the ventilation was a bit loud in our room.

We stayed for only a night on our way up to Northern Ontario. The bed was terrible, it was too soft, and we were so sore the day after with so much back pains. The staff were nice, the breakfast was good too.

There is no reason for this hotel to charge as much as it does. The rooms are shabby and show where a lot of poor attempts at repair have been made. Dirty room upon check in, dirty bathroom. Entire seventh floor smelled like weed. Loud neighbours and no staff to do anything. The breakfast buffet, although free, is disgusting. This is basically a motel.

I have stayed there quite a bit because the parking is easy and its a good place for me to leave for work but there is something always wrong. This time the parking elevator was not working so you had to carry your things up (but nobody told you this at check-in or maybe I would have unloaded at the front entrance. Then one of the two elevators breaks down for a couple of days in the Hotel. I had nor body soap or gel in the bathroom and had to call for that as it was missing. The breakfast is getting smaller and smaller every time I go there so its cheaper to eat at Starbucks. The elevators always seem to be dirty inside and many common areas are not mopped up regularly. Time to find something new for business.
