Stayed for 5 days at this hotel. The hotel its self is beautiful, clean and well maintained. It includes breakfast as well. The customer service is terrible tho which is a shame because I would probably never stay again, that’s how bad it is. All the staff seem to be clueless. There is a restaurant/bar when you walk in and you will be waiting for at least half hour before anyone acknowledges you. The staff need to be trained in customer service. Very disappointed in that experience.

Our room was very good; bed was comfortable and had amazing shower. The only issue we had was with the air vent, as it continuously blew over the bed, and we could not stop it.

We were very happy with the conditions of the common areas and our room. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly upon arrival. Accessible chargers for our electric car. Would definitely stay again.

We are traveling with our dog for the first time and the process could not have been better. I called ahead to confirm that we could get a lower level room. Julie at the front desk could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She confirmed the additional cleaning fee for our dog at $50 per stay. Julie checked us in and ensured we had all the info we needed and even had trats on hand for our pup. The room on the 2nd floor was spacious and renovated. Bed comfortable and linens new and high quality. The included breakfast was excellent and parking ample and free. The was easy access to grassed boulevard and sidewalk for dog walks. Will definitely be staying here again for the next family visit.
