Très bruyant dehors. On entend beaucoup la construction ou les partys et ce, meme au 19e étage. Mais tres propre et confortable malgré que les matelas ne possèdent pas pas de protège-matelas protecteur. On va certainement y retourner.

Property downgraded our room type on check-in to an unrenovated room on the second floor, with not only the awful traffic noise you’d expect but also right across the street from a bar with a live band that was louder than our tv. Patio door was not only unlocked but wide open on check-in. Room had not been properly cleaned and prepared; There was a single towel in the room. The bedside alarm clock was set for a six am wake up on a Sunday. Hotel refused to provide a discount. Their solution for not honouring our reservation was to offer free parking. Do NOT book a classic room at this property. Actually, don’t book at all, because when you do your research and book a modern room because you know that it is renovated and on a higher floor, they apparently think it is fine to put you in a classic room on the same floor as the parking garage where it is too loud to sleep, and then wake you up at six am

The layout was good. Room was clean. The bedroom windows did little to buffer sound in a downtown location. Better in the livingroom, slept on the sofa the second night not as loud. Fan in the bathroom was very loud. Poor lighting in bathroom. Shower floor slippery.

The location is excellent. Very close to all the major sites and close to transit. The suites were spacious and comfortable. The small cafe off the lobby had a variety of prepared and made to order items for breakfast and other meals. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms which was clean and very spacious. It was fairly quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and when we encountered a problem with billing it was quickly fixed and they were apologetic. Our vehicle was tall enough it wouldn't fit in their underground parking but it did fit in the mall underground parking which was a few steps away and similar cost. It's conviently located, everything was a short walk away.

Amazing room (modern suite) with so much space and everything you could need, including a washer and tumble dryer. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable. Parking was a good idea given the area, there seems to be a drug user community camped around the area of the hotel. Overall great hotel, good location for downtown, would stay again

Property was ok. Suite had only one quite small bathroom. Only one wastebasket. Livingroom and kitchen quite plain. We chose it due to lower cost, so ok. BUT: bar across from hotel was VERY noisy till the wee hours: loud music. This is in an area where homeless people are sheltered, but I did not feel unsafe. A short walk to shopping, restaurants, Parliament Hill.
