Overall, my day was good, except from the staff who likes to say that I yelled, but I only raise my voice which I didn’t until my reservation was threatened to be cancelled. Because nowhere in their policy, does it say that you have to put money down for a deposit and I was not aware nor did I have the money at the time on my credit card.

We always stay here when we go to Ottawa. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, they go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. The rooms are very clean.
