the house is not sound proof, voice is audible to next person sitting the next room. there is no mirror or dustbin the room.

Efficient But...
Efficient. However, lacking hand and face towels, also no in room waste basket or tv. And the desk and chair were a little on the petite side, better suited for a grade schooler than an adult. Lastly, there were no exterior lights, so anyone arriving after sunset better have a flashlight handy!

Nice home, complicated check-in & bathroom use
This is my 2nd time staying here. Each time, I've had to text the owner for check-in instructions because they're not automatically sent as per the listing instructions, so you may have to wait a few hours to get inside, even after the 4pm check-in time. Another guest had the same issue. The only room with a private bath in the house is in the basement. The 4 rooms upstairs share one full bath, which means you could potentially be waiting for 7 other ppl to shower before you get your turn. There's a powder room on the main floor just past the kitchen, which I had to use to brush my teeth at night because the upstairs bathroom was in use for a long while. There’s only one parking spot for the house. The street parking is a challenge because of the amount of cars that park on the street.
