The reception staff was able to change my room after I expressed safety concern over the first room I got on the main floor which had a glass exit door (solo female traveller). The room on the 3rd floor was renovated and the breakfast exceeded expectations. Comfortable stay for my work trip.

We had an older room on the main floor where the windows could be opened like patio doors. Maybe nice in the summer but not the safest. Room was okay otherwise. Curtains were a bit torn. Breakfast in basement, standard options. Amazing tech staff on the phone - they connected our Chromecast no problem.

Well located for the purpose of the trip, quite location, good tv channel list (some hotels are terrible on this matter), clean, simple but decent breakfast, and room has a good size and appears renovated not long ago. A little pricey but everything is pricey nowadays.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. Great value!!
This accommodation provided exceptional value and comfort. A perfect example of why not to judge a book by the cover. It looks a bit dated as you approach the hotel. Recently renovated rooms offer tremendous comfort. Beds/pillows are fantastic. Very clean. Breakfast was typical for this type of accomodation and was more than adequate to start your day. Plenty of parking and safe. A short 10 to 15 minute drive to Parliament Hill. Exercise room offered sufficient equipment. Overall, great stay. Thanks for everything.
